Overview
Paroxysmal tachycardia is a form of tachycardia which has begins and ends in an acute (or paroxysmal) manner.
Types include supraventricular tachycardia and ventricular tachycardia.
It is also known as "Bouveret-Hoffmann syndrome".[1][2][3]
