History and Symptoms

• dizziness feels like light-headedness, vertigo, or imbalance
• dizziness occur with a change in body position
• dizziness can begin suddenly or come gradually
• dizziness can be intermittent which comes and goes
• dizziness may last minutes to hours
• Other illness can develop before or after the dizziness
• It can cause nausea and vomiting
• stress or anxiety can precipitate dizziness
