Laboratory Findings

The following tests are performed to evaluate dyspnea:

• Complete blood count
• Thyroid function tests
• Chest x-ray
• Electrocardiography
• Echocardiography
• Spirometry
• Pulse oximetry
• Exercise stress test (Treadmill test)
• Arterial blood gases
• Pulmonary function tests
