Sciatica is present

Is either number 1 or 2 present?

1. Acute radiculopathy with any one of the following three findings:

A. Urinary retention

OR

B. Saddle anesthesia

OR

C. Bilateral neurological findings

OR

2. Rapid decline in motor strength.
