Overview
High HDL level in adults 18 years of age and above has been defined by the National Cholesterol Education Program (NCEP) as an increase in the serum HDL level ≥60mg/dL (1.55 mmol/L). HDL level ≥60mg/dL (1.55 mmol/L) is considered normal in children 2 to 17 years of age.[1][2]
