Because the patient does not meet the following immobility criteria:
- Severe immobility for ≥ 24 hours before, or anticipated after, randomization
AND
- Severe or total immobility at randomization
AND
- Anticipated severe or moderate immobility in any care setting ≥ 4 days after randomization
AND
- Anticipated mild immobility after hospital discharge
