How Supplied

Ketoconazole tablets USP, 200 mg are white to off-white round, flat tablets, one side scored and engraved with "T" above the score and "57" below the score. The other side is plain. They are supplied in bottles of 30 tablets (NDC 51672-4026-6); 100 tablets (NDC 51672-4026-1); 500 tablets (NDC 51672-4026-2) and blister packs of 5×2 tablets available in unit dose packages of 30 tablets (NDC 51672-4026-8); 50 tablets (NDC 51672-4026-9); 100 tablets (NDC 51672-4026-0).
