FDA-Labeled Indications and Dosage (Adult)

Heart failure

Loading dose:

10-15 mcg/kg PO half of the dose is given initially and rest two quarters are given after every 6-8 hours twice.


Maintenance dose:

3.4-5.1 mcg/kg/day PO

Atrial fibrillation

Loading dose:
