Template:WH Template:WS On abdominal examination, a mass is felt. The mass is generally soft to firm, and is located in the flank. There is generally no tenderness (pain on palpation) over the mass. Other anomalies might coexist, such as aniridia, mental retardation and other features of any of the syndromes associated with Wilms tumor.
