I am a 5th year MD-PhD student at Harvard, studying copy number alterations and DNA rearrangements in cancer genomes. I am currently interested in devolving computational tools to detect and classify rearrangements from sequencing data. I am originally from MN, studied physics at Cornell, and have been in Boston for 5 years now. Outside of school, I enjoy running, traveling the world, and learning languages.
