Determine the severity of mitral stenosis (MS)

Very severe MS MVA ≤1 cm2 T1/2 ≥220 ms

Severe MS MVA ≤1.5 cm2 T1/2 ≥150 ms

Progressive MS MVA >1.5 cm2 T1/2 <150 ms
