Patients with pulmonary Mycobacterium abscessus infection might have the following on chest X-ray:[1][2]
- Upper lobe infiltrates
- Bilateral involvement of the lungs
- Mulilobal involvement
- Opacities (patchy, reticulonodular, ot mixed interstitial-alveolar)
- Cavitation
