- The ECG may help in identifying preexisting cardiac abnormalities and precipitating factors such as ischemia, myocarditis, and arrhythmias.

- Low QRS Voltage
- Left ventricular hypertrophy
- Left atrial enlargement
- Left bundle branch block
- Poor R progression
