Overview
Caplan Syndrome is mostly common in coal miners with Rheumatoid Arthritis. Presenting symptoms could be shortness of breath, cough, wheezing.

. Pneumoconiosis
Symptoms
In addition, there are the features of RA including:
- Joint pain
- Rheumatoid nodules
- Morning stiffness.
