Overview
Brain MRI is the gold standard test for the diagnosis of gliomatosis cerebri. The following result of MRI is confirmatory of gliomatosis cerebri: Bilateral and diffuse infiltrative tumor which is isointense or hypointense on T1-weighted images, and hyperintense on T2-weighted and FLAIR images.

The following result of MRI is confirmatory of gliomatosis cerebri:
- Bilateral and diffuse infiltrative tumor
