Overview
Junctional bradycardia patients may have no definite cause or may be the result of various other problems. If junctional bradycardia patients present with symptoms, a generalized approach is done to find the precipitating factors.
Laboratory Findings
Based upon the patient's history, consideration should be given to checking the following:
- Digoxin levels
- Lyme titers in patients where the disease is endemic
- Renal function and electrolytes
- Complete blood count
- ABG : To rule out hypoxia and respiratory acidosis
