- Storiform pattern
- Marked nuclear pleomorphism
- Variation is nuclear size, nuclear shape and nuclear staining (especially hyperchromasia)
- Mitoses - abundant; atypical mitoses common
- Necrosis (common)
- Mix of spindle cells and epithelioid cells
- Deep to skin
