Overview
Laboratory findings consistent with the diagnosis of MCTD include antibodies against the U1RNP, positive rheumatoid factor (RF), elevated CRP levels, hypergammaglobulinemia, anemia, leucopenia, circulating immune complexes, and hypocomplementemia.

- Circulating immune complexes
