Overview
Some abnormalities has been reported in these patients. One of them is LV diastolic filling defects which improve with AChE inhibitors.
Echocardiography or Ultrasound
- Echocardiography may be helpful in the diagnosis of cardiac involvement of myasthenia gravis. Since there are several cholinergic mechanisms in heart, this organ can be affected by Myasthenia gravis.[1][2][3]
