Orofacial granulomatosis

Overview
Orofacial granulomatosis is a disease which presents as a non-tender swelling and characterized by non-necrotizing granulomas (small inflammatory nodules). The cause is unknown, but it is commonly associated with the Melkersson-Rosenthal syndrome when found on the lip. OFG is also found in some sufferers of Crohn's Disease causing the above mentioned swelling on the lips with varible degree's of swelling.
