The majority of patients with Peliosis Hepatis are asymptomatic.
History
The majority of patients with Peliosis Hepatis are asymptomatic, and often incidental findings.
Symptoms
However changes in liver function test along imaging test can suggest Peliosis Hepatis including vague abdominal pain, sign and symptoms of infection including fever, weightloss and lymphadenopathy. Bartonella peliosis should be considered, especially in the setting in which patients may have exposure to household pets.[1] [2]
