History and Symptoms
- High fever that lasts 4-5 days
- Pharyngitis (sore throat)
- Conjunctivitis (inflammed eyes, usually without pus formation like pink eye)
- Enlargement of the lymph nodes of the neck
- Headache, malaise, and weakness
