Skin

HEENT
- Xerophthalmia, Xerostomia.
- Reduced hearing acuity.
- Abnormal Weber test.
- Abnormal Rinne test.
Neck
- Neck examination of patients with schwannoma is usually normal.
Lungs
- Pulmonary examination of patients with schwannoma is usually normal.
Heart
- Cardiovascular examination of patients with schwannoma is usually normal.
Abdomen
- Abdominal examination of patients with schwannoma is usually normal.
Back
- Back examination of patients with schwannoma is usually normal other than any lumps/swellings.
Genitourinary

Neuromuscular
- Neuromuscular examination of patients with schwannoma is usually abnormal depending upon the tumor location.
- Facial numbness (paresthesia), hypesthesia, and pain suggestive of cranial nerve V deficit.
- Facial paresis, taste disturbances, xerophthalmia, lacrimation, xerostomia suggestive of cranial nerve VII deficit.
- Sensorineural hearing loss and unsteady gait suggestive of cranial nerve VIII deficit
- Ataxia suggestive of tumor compressing the cerebellum or brainstem
Extremities
- Extremities examination of patients with schwannoma is usually normal.
