Medical Therapy
- Discontinue the agent that may be causing sinus arrest.
- Correct electrolyte abnormalities.
- Isoproterenol has been used to increase the rate of the escape pacemaker.
- Atropine can be given if the sinus arrest is causing severe bradycardia leading to hemodynamic compromise.
