Definitions
- Tachycardia is defined as an arrhythmia with a rate of ≥100 beats per minute. Clinically significant tachycardia refers to an arrhythmia rate of ≥150 beats per minute.
- Wide QRS complex is defined as a QRS complexes with a duration of ≥0.12 second.[1]
