- Painless lump in the testicle (pathognomonic of the testicular cancer)
- Swelling of the testicle
- Feeling of heaviness in the scrotum or abdomen
- Lymphadenopathy
- Pain in the back or abdomen
- Ascites
- Weight loss
- Gynecomastia
- Precocious Puberty
- Infertility
Less Common Symptoms
Leydig cell tumors
- Testicular mass
- Endocrine involvement such as:[3][4]
- Gynecomastia in both prepubertal and adult patients
- Loss of fertility and libido in aldult patients
- Precocious virilization in infants
- Loss of body hair
- Areola hyperpigmentation
Sertoli cell tumors
- Scrotal mass
- Gynecomastia in pediatric population[5]
