I am a recent medical graduate with a first class honours degree from University College Cork, Ireland and a background of an honours masters degree in pharmacy from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. I have been the recipient of a number of undergraduate awards in the areas of pharmacology, geriatric medicine, radiology and ophthalmology and have co-authored two articles published in peer reviewed journals in the past twelve months. I am currently working in internal medicine in London.

My academic interests include clinical immunology, pharmacology, medical statistics and the ongoing commitment to preservation of bedside clinical skills.

I am a highly motivated individual driven by knowledge acquisition and the dogma of medicine as a vocation, with a commitment to lifelong learning. I strongly believe in the importance of excellent clinical skills and communication, medical education and mentor-ship. With these faculties in mind I believe I am an excellent candidate for enrollment on the masters in public health program.
