Meriah Moore is a fourth year medical student at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. She has a Bachelors of Science degree in Biomedical Chemistry from Kansas Wesleyan University. She completed graduate coursework in Gerontology while working as a Junior Case Manager and Medicare Counselor at the Area Agency on Aging in Manhattan, Kansas.

During medical school, she gained teaching experience in Students as Scholars and served in leadership roles in the Student Coordinating Council. She is a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society and Alpha Omega Alpha.

In Summer 2016, she will enter residency in Internal Medicine with a focus in Primary Care at Virginia Mason in Seattle, Washington. She has special interests in preventing chronic disease, nutrition, and geriatrics.
