Michael Lourie is a second year medical student at the University of Michigan Medical School. His research is guided by a passion for ensuring adequate instruction of social accountability in medical education, an interest which has been greatly influenced by his educational background in women’s studies and epidemiology. Michael graduated from the University of Michigan with his bachelor’s degree in 2014 and master’s degree in public health in 2016.
