I am a first year osteopathic medical student, attending a school in Pennsylvania. I am interested in using this site to improve my classroom exam performance and board scores. Our exams feature many clinical vignettes and are heavily board styled so I believe that by utilizing a resource like this would really help perform better on the exams while also building my medical knowledge foundation for the future board exams.
