As a primary author in the field of prolotherapy I am editing the Wikidoc site on prolotherapy with an emphasis on the evidence-based medicine section. This is with full awareness of other primary authors in this field. I have no products to disclose and have been laboring to produce primary research in this area since 1996 without any proprietary interest or financial support other than $1,000 a month research seed money kindly provided from the American Association of Orthopedic Medicine beginning in 2012.
