Overview
Laparoscopy may be helpful in the diagnosis of complicated volvulus when diagnosis is equivocal by other imaging modalities.
Other Diagnostic Studies
Laparoscopy, laparotomy and open exploration may be helpful in the diagnosis of volvulus that is not evident by other imaging techniques.[1][2][3]
