- Weight loss
- Gynecomastia
- Precocious Puberty
- Infertility

Leydig cell tumors
- Testicular mass

- Gynecomastia in both prepubertal and adult patients
- Loss of fertility and libido in aldult patients
- Precocious virilization in infants
- Loss of body hair
