Shown below are a static image and an animated image depicting TIMI myocardial perfusion grade 1 in the left anterior descending artery ([[LAD]]). Case Study 1

Shown below are a static image and an animated image depicting TIMI myocardial perfusion grade 1 in the right coronary artery. TMPG 1 is defined as persistence of dye in the myocardium. This dye in the distribution of the right coronary artery persisted even when the contralateral left coronary artery was injected. The area where dye persists is outlined in yellow in the static image on the left. The angiogram is shown on the right. Note the presence of the stain in the distribution of the right coronary artery prior to the injection.

Case Study 2

Shown below are a static image and an animated image depicting TIMI myocardial perfusion grade 1 in the left anterior descending artery (LAD). In the static image on the left, there is a dark gray stain of dye in the distribution of the LAD that is outline in yellow. In the angiogram to the right, you can see the presence of dye in the myocardium subtended by the LAD prior to injection of the LAD.
