Overview
Junctional bradycardia patients should be placed on pacemaker if there is complete AV block or sick sinus syndrome.
Surgery
Permanent pacemaker placement in indicated in symptomatic patients with:
- Complete heart block
- High grade AV block
- Sick sinus syndrome
