History and Symptoms
Rhabdomyosarcomas usually present as rapidly growing mass. They cause localized pressure effects on neurovascular structures. The symptoms of rhabdomyosarcoma varies depending upon the location of tumor:

Base of the skull (parameningeal), Nasal sinuses or ear | Headache, nasal discharge, sinus congestion, fascial pain, fascial asymmetry, fascial nerve palsy, earache |
Eyes | Proptosis, swollon eyelid, vision problems |
Urinary bladder or prostate | Hematuria, painful micturition |
Vagina | Vaginal discharge, vaginal bleeding |
Abdomen or pelvis | Vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain |
Neck, back, chest, groin, or limbs | Localized swelling, pain, redness |
