Endometrial Cancer Laboratory Findings

  • Complete blood count and differential count,anemia
  • Serum CA-125 -The tumor marker is checked, since this can predict advanced stage disease.[1]
  • Hypercalcemia may be present due to metastasis to the bone
  • Abnormal liver function tests may be present due to metastasis to the liver
  • Abnormal pulmonary function testsmay be present due to metastasis to the lung
