Overview
Ultrasound
- Ultrasound may be helpful in the diagnosis of hepatoblastoma.[1]
- Findings on ultrasound suggestive of diagnostic of hepatoblastoma include predominantly echogenic soft tissue mass.
- Well defined lesion and in larger tumors heterogeneity and variable echogenecity is common.
- Intralesional calcifications may be visible as areas of shadowing.
