Overview
On CXR, lung hamartomas are characterized by showing a sharply demarcated pulmonary nodule and popcorn calcifications (feature of chondroid calcifications in hamartomas).[1]

- Chest radiography is non-specific, demonstrating a soft tissue attenuation, well-circumscribed mass with either smooth or lobulated margins.
