| * In multiple sclerosis, we have enhanced lesions in double delayed high dose CT scan. These lesions in DDHD CT scan are indicators of blood brain barrier, so this method is useful in the acute phase of the disease. After steroid therapy in MS patients, we can’t rely on DDHD CT scan anymore because steroid therapy will dramatically reduce this lesions on CT scan.<ref name="pmid3985583">{{cite journal |vauthors=Barrett L, Drayer B, Shin C |title=High-resolution computed tomography in multiple sclerosis is outdated. |journal=Ann.
