-The majority of patients with Peliosis Hepatis are asymptomatic, and often an incidental findings. However changes in liver function test along imaging test can suggest Peliosis Hepatis and vague abdominal pain, sign and symptoms of infection including fever, weightloss and lymphadenopathy.
