Shown below are a static image and an animated image depicting TIMI myocardial perfusion grade 1 in the right coronary artery. TMPG 1 is defined as persistence of dye in the myocardium. This dye in the distribution of the right coronary artery persisted even when the contralateral left coronary artery was injected. The area where dye persists is outlined in yellow in the static image on the left. The angiogram is shown on the right.
