Shown below is an example of TIMI myocardial perfusion grade 0 in right coronary artery without subtraction. Note that the myocardium is pale in contrast to TIMI myocardial perfusion grade 3

Note that there is little or no corresponding perfusion in the territory of the right coronary artery in the first image in comparison with the second one. Outlined in yellow in the second image is the territory that would ordinarily be perfused by the right coronary artery
