Shown below is an example of TIMI myocardial perfusion grade 0 in right coronary artery without subtraction. Note that the myocardium is pale in contrast to TIMI myocardial perfusion grade 3

Note that there is little or no corresponding perfusion in the territory of the right coronary artery in the first image in comparison with the second one.
