Physical examination of patients with early cervical cancer is usually unremarkable, however patients with advanced cancer may have the following findings:
- General appearance
- Lethargic
- Pale
- Abdomen
- Discomfort on palpation
- Vaginal exam
- Skin
- HEENT
- Extremities
