Overview
Fatigue is a subjective feeling of tiredness with physical and mental causes. It can be a normal response to physical activity, emotional stress, boredom or lack of sleep. But fatigue can also be a sign of serious mental or physical condition if not relieved by enough sleep, good nutrition, or a low stress environment. The common causes of fatigue are allergic rhinitis, depression, hypothyroidism, and malnutrition.
