Overview
Abdominal MRI is helpful in the diagnosis of insulinoma. On abdominal MRI, insulinoma is characterized by a mass which is hypointense on T1-weighted MRI, hyperintense on T2-weighted MRI, and signal enhancement on T1 C+ (Gd).[1][2]

- T1 C+ (Gd): signal enhancement
- T1: low signal intensity
- T2: high signal intensity
