Overview

[Bone marrow biopsy]] may be helpful in the diagnosis of hairy cell leukimea. Fluorescent in situ hybridization detects any chromosomal mutations occurring among hairy cell leukemia patients.

Detects any chromosomal mutations occurring among hairy cell leukemia patients. Common genetic mutations involved in the development of chronic lymphocytic leukemia can be found here.
