On ultrasound, splenic hamartomas are hyperechoic solid masses, with or without cystic changes, and are hypervascular in Doppler ultrasound.[1]
Ultrasound
On ultrasound, splenic hamartomas are hyperechoic solid masses, with or without cystic changes in ultrasonogram, and are hypervascular in both color Doppler ultrasound and angiogram. Other hamartomas show no remarkable findings on ultrasound.[2]
