The optimal therapy for primary hyperladosteronism depends on the etiology of hyperaldosteronism.
Medical Therapy
Indications
Medical therapy is indicated for:
- Bilateral adrenal hyperplasia
- All ambiguous causes of primary hyperaldosteronism.
