Overview
Pelvic postcontrast CT scan may show diffuse thickening or mass within endometrial cavity in endometrial cancer.
CT
- CT has a role in assessing for distant metastases.[1]
- Noncontrast CT: difficult to differentiate from normal uterus (especially in local disease)
- Postcontrast CT: may show diffuse thickening or mass within endometrial cavity
